  • Maximum Flow: 160 gallon / 605 liter per minute
  • Maximum Discharge Pressure: 100 PSI / 7 BAR
  • Maximum Discharge Head: 231 ft. / 70 meters
  • Maximum Solids Handling: 0.66 in. / 17 mm.
  • Suction Port: 2 in. Universal Flange, ANSI or DIN
  • Discharge Port: 2 in. Universal Flange, ANSI or DIN
  • Air Inlet: 3/4 in. / 19 mm NPT
  • Air Exhaust: 1 in. NPT / 25.4 mm

Sandpiper S20 plastic pumps are available in three different base materials, Polypropylene, Conductive Polypropylene and PVDF. Thirteen different materials are available to meet chemical handling needs. Pumps with Santoprene have a long mechanical life and high abrasion resistance. The maximum operating temperature for Santoprene is 275° F / 135° C.

Pumps using Hytrel have a maximum operating temperature of 220° F / 104° C. Hytrel offers good acid, base and glycol resistance at room temperature. Other available materials include Conductive Acetal, Polypropylene, PVDF, EPDM, Nylon, FKM, and Urethane. Pump performance ratings are based on an elastomer fitted pump with water at ambient conditions. Variations in materials may cause deviations of 5% or greater.

Non-metallic pumps are not UV stable. Avoid excessive exposure to UV rays. This pump includes a 5-year limited warranty. Sandpiper pumps are produced in accordance to ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems and ISO 9001 Quality System standards. An optional 8-foot ground strap and kits are available for ATEX compliance.
