The Sandpiper S10 plastic pump is a Design Level 1, air-operated double diaphragm, ball valve pump. Options for the S10 pump include a pulse output kit for interfacing with PLC devices. The compressed air system requires no lubrication. This pump meets the European Community Directive 2006/42/EC on Machinery.

Sandpiper S10 plastic pumps are available in a total of seven different materials to meet handling requirements. Pumps with PTFE are chemically inert and have superior strength. The maximum operating temperature for PTFE is 220º F / 104º C.
Pumps using Polyurethane have a maximum operating temperature of 210º F / 99º C. Polyurethane offers an exceptional optimum temperature range, working well between -40º F / -40º C to 210º F / 99º C. Other material choices include Santoprene, PVDF, Polypropylene, Nylon and FKM (Fluorocarbon).
Plastic components and non-metallic pumps are not UV stable. Avoid excess exposure to UV rays. Sandpiper pumps are produced in accordance to ISO 9001 Quality System and ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems certifications. A 5-year limited warranty is provided.
