The Sandpiper S1F plastic pump is a non-metallic Design Level 3 pump. The S1F series is available with inline or side ported options and spill containment features. This unit is an air-operated double diaphragm pump. The air distribution system is engineered to operate without lubrication.

Sandpiper S1F plastic pumps are available in numerous materials to meet specific handling requirements. Pumps with EPDM have excellent water and chemical resistance but low oil and solvent resistance. Maximum operating temperature for EPDM is 280º F / 138º C.
Pumps using Conductive Acetal are impact resistance and have good abrasion resistance. These should not be used for oxidizing agents or strong acids. Maximum operating temperature for Conductive Acetal is 190º F / 88º C. Other available materials include Virgin PTFE, FKM (Fluorocarbon), Neoprene, Nitrile, Hytrel, Santoprene and Nylon.
Pumps are manufactured under ISO 14001 Environmental Management System and ISO 9001 Quality System certifications. Pump should be grounded to reduce static sparking. Sandpiper S1F pumps may be ordered with options for ATEX compliance or IEC EEX m T4 explosion-proof solenoid kits. The Sandpiper S1F comes with a 5-year warranty.
