The Sandpiper S05 metal pump is an air-operated double diaphragm, Design Level 1 pump. Options for the S05 pump include a solenoid shifted air valve and dual port configuration. Kit options are available to meet ATEX compliance. The compressed air system is designed to operate without lubrication.

Sandpiper S05 metal pumps are available with Aluminum or Stainless Steel casing. A variety of materials can be chosen to meet chemical handling needs. Pumps with UHMW PE are highly resistant to chemicals and show strong abrasion resistance. Maximum operating temperature for UHMW PE is 180º F / 82º C.
Pumps using EPDM have good water and chemical resistance but a low resistance to solvents and oils. Maximum operating temperature for EDPM is 280º F / 138º C. Other material choices include Hytrel, Virgin PTFE, FKM, Neoprene, Nitrile, Santoprene and Urethane.
Sandpiper pumps are manufactured under ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems and ISO 9001 Quality System certifications. An optional 8-foot ground strap is available to control static electrical sparking. The Sandpiper S05 metal pump is covered by a 5-year limited warranty.
