SandPIPER S07 Plastic Pump

The Sandpiper S07 plastic pump is a Ball Valve Design Level 1, air-operated double diaphragm pump. Options for the S07 pump include a solenoid shifted air valve and single or dual port configuration. S07 pumps, with no aluminum materials, are ATEX compliant. No lubrication is required for the compressed air system.

Features of the Sandpiper S07 plastic pump are:

  • Displacement Per Stroke: 0.026 gallon / 0.098 liter
  • Maximum Flow: 23 gallon / 87 liter per minute
  • Maximum Discharge Pressure: 100 PSI / 7 BAR
  • Maximum Discharge Head: 231 ft. / 70 meters
  • Maximum Solids Handling: 0.15 in. / 4 mm. With optional Trihedral Valve: 0.36 in. / 9.1 mm
  • Suction Port: ¾ in. NPT Internal or BSP Tapered / 1 ½ in. NPT External or BSP Tapered Optional
  • Discharge Port: ¾ in. NPT Internal or BSP Tapered / 1 ½ in. NPT External or BSP Tapered Optional
  • Air Inlet: ¼ in. / 6 mm NPT
  • Air Exhaust: 3/8 in. NPT / 9 mm

Sandpiper S07 plastic pumps are available in seven material choices to meet chemical handling requirements. Pumps with Santoprene have superior abrasion resistance and a long mechanic life. Maximum operating temperature for Santoprene is 275º F / 135º C.

Pumps using Nitrile have a good resistance to oils, solvents water and hydraulic fluids. This material should not be used for highly polar solvents. Maximum operating temperature for Nitril is 190º F / 88º C. Other material choices include Virgin PTFE, PVDF, Polypropylene, FKM (Fluorocarbon) and Nylon.

Non metallic pumps and all plastic components are not UV Stable. Excess exposure to UV rays should be avoided. Sandpiper pumps are manufactured in compliance with ISO 9001 Quality System and ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems certifications. A 5-year limited warranty is provided.
